The New York Center for Transition helps individuals and families navigate the journey through some of the hardest and most complicated changes in their lives.
We provide counseling and support to individuals at any stage in the grieving process.
We specialize in those changes which occur when you or a loved one are terminally ill.
NYCFT provides a wide array of services to help families come to grips with changes, make the most of the time they have together, and prepare for a changed future. Our services continue for as long as the family feels they are needed.
The New York Center for Transition also provide services for those who are coping with the death of a loved one due to suicide, and individuals coping with the diagnosis of chronic non-life threatening illnesses such as rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia.
